Born and raised under the Southern California sun, I'm a proud South Orange County native who finds her rhythm between ocean runs at golden hour, crocheting cozy blankets, and slow mornings with coffee and the people I love most. That grounded, community-rooted upbringing — in a big, supportive family — gave me something I carry into absolutely everything I do: the confidence to dream big and the work ethic to back it up.
My first big dream? To become a teacher. And I did. I spent over a decade in elementary and middle school classrooms, earning a master's degree, math and art supplementals, and multiple certifications — because good enough was never the goal. Shaping young minds is still one of the greatest honors of my life.
But here's what those 10 years also taught me: managing a classroom of 30 students will sharpen your systems fast.
